Payment
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our online store, click and preview any items that you wish to buy and send them to your shopping cart. After choosing your selection, click on “View Basket”, then “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to fulfil your request.
We accept Visa, Visa-Debit/Maestro/Electron, and MasterCard. Payment is taken at the time of ordering, if we are unable to complete your order a refund will be given.
Refunds can be given for faulty goods received from 14 days of initial order. Proof of purchase may be requested so please have on hand.
Orders must be collected within 7 days of collection date or risk being put back for sale and no refund will be applicable.
Delivery
Free delivery on orders over £75 within a 15-mile radius of our store.
For orders under £75, a £30 delivery charge applies.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to addresses more than 30 miles away.
Proof of ID is required upon delivery. Recipients must be 18 or over. Photo will be taken as proof of delivery.
